ABOUT
How It All Started
My journey into poetry began as a way to cope with the grief and heartache of losing my mum, Michelle. Writing became a way to process the complex emotions and thoughts that consumed me during that difficult time. I now use poetry as a way to explore the complexities of human experience, and connect with others on a deeper level
I have had the privilege of sharing my work with schools, organisations, and brands. I have been commissioned to write pieces that speaks to the unique needs and experiences of employees. It’s my hope that, through my poetry, I can help create a culture that values and promotes open dialogue around mental wellness.
Beyond poetry, I have created a podcast called "Living with Loss," which explores the many facets of grief and the ways in which we can cope with loss. Through personal stories, interviews, and reflections, the podcast offers support and guidance to those who have experienced loss in some form, and to create a community of understanding and compassion.
I am always eager to explore new creative avenues and welcome collaborations. If you are interested in partnering with me or would like to learn more about what a collaboration might entail, please get in touch.
